At Fabell, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below to understand our process and guidelines.
1. Returns and Refunds Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
- Return Authorization: For all returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is delivered safely.
2. Return and Refund Conditions

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size or style), contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item.

Unreceived Items: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and determine the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

Return Requests After Delivery: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns (except in cases of defective or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the return of the original item as outlined above.
